الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aims at searching the violations of the two companions (al-imam Abi Yousef and al- imam Mohammad ibin al-Hassan) to AL imam Abi Hanifa may God have mercy on him identifying the extent of resources of these violations in comparison with the three doctrines of jurisprudence (Al-Malki, Al-Shafie and Al-Hanbali).

This study also aims at assuring whether Al-imam or not and his jurisprudential position that he is then imam and they are his students as Al-imam Al-Shafie said.

This study shows that the jurisprudential position of the two companions and their effective contributions within and outside Hanifa doctrine.

In this study, the contributions within and outside Hanifa doctrine.

In this study, the researcher adopted the inductive method in all texts and he tracked the violations of the two companions to al-Imam Abi Hanifa in divorce issues.

Also, the researcher adopted the objective approach in assigning sayings and evidence to their owners.

The researcher also studied these issues using the comparison approach among the four doctrines.

It is shown that there are disputes between Al-Imam Abi Hanifa and his two companions.

These disputes lead to enriching the juristic doctrine.

It is shown that these violations based on legal evidence from each of them.

Each of Abi hanifa and his companions has supporters from the other doctrines it is shown that these violations have their origins that they based on.

Some of them are modern, some of them refer to principles of jurisprudence and others refer to language and so on.

This leads to finding the juristic and Hanifa personality and the various means of conductive basined on important origins.

It is still needed for making other researches on jurisprudence within Hanafi doctrine all jurisprudential sections.
