الملخص EN

This study dealt with the role of vocational specialization on job satisfaction and organizational loyalty, based on the “Two Factor Theory” by Frederick Hezernbergs.

The study was applied on the employees of the governmental universities in Eastern Sudan.

The main problem of the study stemmed from the high turnover of employees at the Sudanese universities due to staff immigration outside Sudan.

The study main hypotheses indicated that the vocational specialization affected both organizational loyalty and job satisfaction for employees.

The study depended on a random stratified sample to represent the governmental universities employees in Eastern Sudan.

The data was collected via a questionnaire, especially designed for the purpose of this study.

Moreover, the study data was analyzed and hypotheses were tested by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Program (SPSS).

The study most important results include: the existence of differences between job satisfaction and an organizational loyalty for employees attributed to differences in vocational specialization.

The study most important recommendations call for giving more attentions for the factors that govern job satisfaction, particularly for minor level employees to guarantee their loyalty for the organization through encouraging them to take responsibilities.
