The research aims to determine the impact of social responsibility on organizational excellence dimensions (leadership, human resources, strategic planning, organizational culture, employee satisfaction).

In order to achieve the objective of the research, and to test the validity of its hypotheses, a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the Sunlagaz Foundation.

50 questionnaires were distributed to the sample and 40 questionnaires were retrieved, , 80% of the distributed questionnaires.

The results of the analysis revealed that there is a positive statistical relationship between social responsibility and the organizational excellence dimensions in the Sonlegaz Institution.

The results of the analysis showed a difference in the force of influence for each dimension of organizational excellence with social responsibility.

The human resource came first in terms of strength Influence and then strategic planning in second place.
