Our paper attempts to develop problems related to talent management enrolling in the part of the preparation of the human resource succession.
It is a major strategic concern for any company that continuously seeks performance and market competitiveness work and to anticipate the risk of loss of knowledge and knowhow held by these talented employees.
In this study, we attempt to analyze the emerging talent management practices within the Algero-American joint-venture General Electric OIL & GAS.
In addition, the survey allowed us to locate the perception of General Electric's managers on implementing conditions of preparing the next generation of talented employees.
الملخص FRE
Ce travail tente de développer la problématique liée à la gestion des talents s’inscrivant dans le volet de la préparation de la relève en matière de ressources humaines.
C’est une préoccupation stratégique majeure pour toute entreprise qui cherche en permanence la performance et la compétitivité sur le marché du travail et afin d’anticiper le risque de perte de savoirs et savoirs faire détenus par ces salariés talentueux.
Dans cette étude, nous tenterons d’analyser les pratiques de gestion de la relève des talents au sein de la joint-venture algéro-américaine Général Electric OIL & GAS.
De plus, l’enquête nous a permis de situer la perception des cadres de Général Electric concernant les conditions de mise en oeuvre de la préparation de la relève des salariés talentueux.
