The study aims to identify the extent to which financial ratios are used in the investment decision making process in banks and banks operating in Saudi Arabia.

For this purpose, a field study was conducted on Al Rajhi Bank in Riyadh.

The study was based on the data collected through the questionnaire distributed to the bank's 30 employees to serve the purpose of the study and answer its questions.

The descriptive analytical method, the case study methodology, and data analysis were used using the SPSS.

The study concluded that the financial ratios used by the bank affect its investment decision making process.

The study concluded that providing information on the institution's ability to absorb the loss of assets resulting from a loss without jeopardizing creditors' rights is necessary to pay the interest In light of this, the researcher recommends the need to focus on the financial ratios that are directly related to investment decisions, as well as increasing attention to analysis of financial ratios by investment personnel, the need to pay attention to the training and qualification of human cadres working in the field of investment.
