The research aims to study and understand the culture as the main basis for organizational behavior in the company.

Therefore, the current research raises the question of the possibility of using this culture as an advanced control tool that can support the work of management control systems.

To achieve this goal, the researchers used the Organizational Culture Assessment Tool (OCAI) designed by Cameron & Quinn.

Through this tool, the researchers drew a map of the company's culture, whether current or preferred to reach.

Through this map, the researchers identified three stages to use culture as an advanced control tool, the first stage serves as a first filter for potential employees entering the company, and the second stage works to achieve the required harmony between management and employees by achieving compatibility between the company's culture and the culture of its employees.

The third phase deals with the expected environmental changes and the associated changes required in the organizational culture and the subsequent organizational behavior required to ensure the company's survival in the competitive market.
