Continuous training is an immaterial investment which aims essentially to fill the gaps between the acquired and required skills in one hand and employees adjustment to their jobs in another hand.
The object of this study is to highlight the impact of continuous training on skills development ; in this context our empirical study has being performed on a sample of employee within the company TREFILOR which allowed us to test our hypotheses and confirm that continuous training act positively on skills development.

La formation continue est un investissement immatériel qui vise essentiellement à l'ajustement des écarts entre les compétences acquises et les compétences requises d'une part et à l'adaptation des salariés à leurs postes de travail d'autre part.
L’objet de cette étude est de souligner l'impact de la formation continue sur le développement des compétences.
Dans ce contexte, notre étude empirique a été effectuée sur un échantillon de salariés au sein de la société TREFILOR ; ce qui nous a permis de tester nos hypothèses et confirmer que la formation continue agit positivement sur le développement des compétences.
