This article aims to shed light on the effectiveness of the activities of local young people on "Facebook" through publications and digital media in order to account for the suffering of certain social strata on the one hand and on the other hand, by putting highlight their dynamic initiatives in order to find appropriate solutions and succeed where civil society with its different organizations has failed.

No one can question the dynamic characteristic of the youth of "Facebook" when a serious situation requires rapid deployment on a large scale.

Indeed, many phenomena require an immediate awareness of the need for teamwork and solidarity, such as, for example, the donation of blood or money, environmental protection, prevention and fight against epidemics… etc.

To this end, we have drawn on books dealing with the subject and have examined the results of numerous field studies, which, as a whole, indicated that the virtual activity of young people on "Facebook" is nowadays more effective than that planned and expected by civil society
