The study aims at defining the emergence of Arabic bookstores on the internet as well as their contents , the series they offer, payment ways and the security procedures they follow in their electronic financial treatment which ensure their utilization by libraries in their selection , acquisition and collection building.

The researchers used the Servy method of the subject literature in the theoretical part as well as the analytical descriptive method in the practical part.

The study sample was composed of five Arabic bookstores specialized in selling books on the internet.

The study ends with a group of results
