The denunciation of corruption is one of the mechanisms that has proven effective in the fight against corruption at the international and national levels, both in the public and the private sector.
The denunciation of corruption as a mechanism to fight against corruption finds its legal basis in the provisions of the international anti-corruption conventions, which do not provide effective protection for whistle-blowers against acts of retaliation.
has led some international organizations to consider the denunciation of corruption as an effective mechanism to combat this scourge, and this by the publication of reports and the implementation of recommendations aimed at States for better support of this new mechanism and adequate protection for whistleblowers

La dénonciation de la corruption est l’un des mécanismes qui ont fait preuve de leur efficacité dans la lutte contre la corruption au niveau international et national, tant dans le secteur public que dans le secteur privé.
La dénonciation de la corruption comme mécanisme de lutte contre la corruption trouve son fondement juridique dans les dispositions des conventions internationales anti-corruption.
Ces dernières, qui n’assurent pas une protection efficace pour les lanceurs d’alerte contre les actes de représailles, a amené certaines organisations internationales à considérer la dénonciation de la corruption comme un mécanisme efficace de lutte contre ce fléau et ce, par la publication des rapports et par les mise en place des recommandations visant les Etats pour une meilleur prise en charge de ce nouveau mécanisme et une protection adéquate pour les lanceurs d’alerte
