This study aims to shed light on the child's right to education, which is considered to be fundamental social rights, and the center of the rights system because of its strong link with other rights, and also the role that education plays in its various stages in achieving progress and welfare of individuals.

The importance of the child's right to education is emphasized through the ratification of international and regional human rights instruments which obliged all States parties to take the necessary progressive steps, according to their economic capabilities, and to remove all obstacles to the full enjoyment of this right.

It is worth mentioning that the right of the child to education entails a set of obligations for States to provide opportunities for the enjoyment of the right to free and compulsory basic education in its early stages as a minimum, by enshrining the principle of equal access to education for all, and provide adequate institutions, human resources required and appropriate programs, in order to achieve the whole person development.
