And how to fight terrorism , in order to maintaining national unity in this country , especially after 3002 when Iraq has witnessed dramatic changing events in political , social , and economic sides accompanied with it the conversion towards democracy .

Therefore , much challenges have confronted Iraq's state during new democratic political process , some of it has been concerning with establishing institutions of state to be more stronger than the other in the past , to be very an effective by its procedures of fighting terrorism and preserving national unity and eradicating all threats which are being damaged effects in the structure of society and the state at once .

Finally , the article has been shown some of conclusions concerning with take care of scope huge dramatic events which inflicted effects on Arab countries (( after spring events )) and the desire of Arab peoples to make political , social and economic reforms ……… in order to accomplishing a new social development in all sides of the life and to be more flourishing future .
