This study aimed at identifying the effects of both government revenues, individual income, and population on education, health, defense and security.

The development projects in these sectors and their determinants were discussed.

The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that The study showed that the number of students was 4908279 students distributed in the schools mentioned above.

Moreover, it was found that the number of teachers reached 203027 teachers and primary and secondary schools in public and private schools.

The study showed that the distribution of teachers was random.

The study showed that the number of hospitals in the Republic of Yemen reached about 55 hospitals in 2009 concentrated in the capitals of cities and it became clear through the analysis that the number of hospitals in the Republic of Yemen amounted to about one and a half million riyals.

In addition, it was found that the number of hospitals in Al-Madairat reached about 175 hospitals in 2009.

The results of the estimate of expenditure on defense and security showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between expenditure on defense and security and average per capita income, while the relationship between spending on defense and security and both population and government revenues is not statistically significant.

Therefore, the study made some recommendations, Attention to all types of education in general and vocational and technical education in particular and also recommends the study of the need to pay attention to the distribution of the number of hospitals in the Republic of Yemen fairly on all provinces and the need to establish hospitals in the province of Rima, where there is no hospital and the necessity of DONC determinants on whether the education sector or the health sector, or sector of defense and security, and among those recommendations to increase spending on education and health spending as the proportion of them were very small.
