This study has shown interest in the identification of forestry resources in Khartoum state and aimed at forest analysis and discussion of their geographical distribution in terms of their positions in the region and try to identify the benefits of forests, as well as exposure to the most important problems.

Preliminary data collected through field work, depending on the identification of the population in the forest distribution mandate districts, and interviews with some of the officials of the General Administration of Forestry, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock and Irrigation Authority national forest and some older people to learn about these forests, while the secondary data collected from reports obtained of the General administration of Forestry, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock and irrigation .llosol the objectives of this study, data were analyzed statistically.

The results of the field study 2016 showed that forests in Khartoum state more breadth and spread of locality east of the Nile for a local repeat in order to factor clay and sandy soils, as well as water drainage worker and a representative in the valleys and creeks, which are the most prolific in the eastern Alnal.waodan study area although it is the protection offorests the problem of drought and desertification, but the benefits of the region's population by 17% impact appears in a range of activities practiced by the residents of the area represented by the grazing, and the use of tree branches to build, as well as material and fuel in ambushes municipal and ovens, as extracted from the fruit of the trees of the loan which is used in the treatment of some diseases and also the results showed that the study area suffer from multiple problems reduce the area of forests, the most important agricultural expansion and urban sprawl on land forested with an account andput some of the solutions to reduce the severity of these problems, including the cultivation of forests.
