the Electronic participation frameworks are emerging in the Algerian approach, as a new endeavour to reflect the transparency of local management, by creating specialized measures for electronic access and simplify its procedures, which form interactive spaces to broadcast information and engage citizens electronically, but this initiative remains limited by its modernity, as well as in the context of obstacles that face their application and reach their dimensions.
