Undoubtedly, youth represents the potential wealth of any country, so their delinquency and driftage by the modem incentives resulted from globalization is very hazardous and harmful to community.

Therefore it is very important to carry out studies on juveniles' delinquency to limit the spread of this phenomenon and find out the effective remedial solutions.

Therefore this study manages to answer many questions which are firstly who is the juvenile from the legal, psychological and social point view, what are the main behaviors committed by juveniles and the factors behind, in addition to the international and local influences that affect juveniles and the modem approaches to face this phenomenon.

Moreover, the study is aiming to respond to other questions concerning the field study which is applied upon 43 sample juvenile.

The study comes to a number of results regarding family, educational and economic circumstances of the sample as well as the style of his social relations and the extent he react with the means of media and modem technologies mediums.
