Aims: 1.

Recognizing the cost of the secondary stage student (for boys) in Holy Makkah.

2.

Recognizing the classes of the secondary stage in Holy Makkah that the waste increases.

3.

Recognizing the departments where the waste increases "failure" (natural sciences_ religious sciences) in the secondary stage for boys in Holy Makkah.

4.

Suggesting solutions that help decreasing the percent of the educational waste in the future.

5.

- Methodology: The scholar used the descriptive methodology(to describe the cost of the educational waste) that achieved by designing an application that like the questionnaire to recognize the cost of the secondary stage student in Holy Makkah and an application to collect the data and numbers required to measure the educational waste by using the equations that required to obtain the amount of waste and measure it.

Results: 1.

The average of student cost in the secondary school in Holy Makkah is 10155 SR, 354237.6 SR of the capital costs and 7638500.2from the periodical costs.

2.

The general rate of the educational waste that caused by failure in all ihe sample schools in the kingdom and Makkah is %23.5 from the total of the students that is 8274 Students as the number of the failure students is 1944.2 Students.

3.

The highest rate of the waste is recorded in the first class concerning the cost then the second class concerning the runaway and the third class concerning the failure.

4.

The cost of the educational waste in the secondary school was different between the second and third class as the waste in the second classf department of natural sciences) was higher than the third class (department of natural sciences)concerning with runaway and vise verse.

Also, the waste in ihe third class( department of natural sciences) was higher than the second classf department of natural sciences) concerning with failure and the waste cost in the second and third classes(( department of religious sciences) different.

- Recommendations: 1.

Approving the developed and advanced secondary system that applied in some secondary schools in the kingdom 2.

Free education should be put on consideration by putting low fees that graduated annually.

3.

Activating the role of student guidance that increases the sprits of llie students and increases the confidence.

4.

Changing the structure of the secondary education as the specialization should begin in the first class.

5.

Distributing the students on the schools according to their size, capacity and the environmental conditions of the student.

Representing the subject of waste in the famous communication media and trying to solute it.
