This study aimed to identify to what extent the outcomes of Administrative and Economic sciences MBA students in Palestinian universities fulfill the market needs from the graduate's perspective.

The study adopted the analytical descriptive methodology using field study to collect the data.

The research population was the graduates who attended this specialization numbered 350-300 average annually from West Bank and Gaza strip universities.

A questionnaire was designed and distributed among the available sample of 35 graduates; the questionnaire was built on 36 points distributed into three main sections.

Thirty-four were returned representing the sample.

The study concluded that the outcomes of MBA program fulfill the market need is medium and a percent of 57.1% with an average of (2.8) the paper.

Also, concluded that graduates who work within their specialization reached to 52.9%.It recommended the redesign of curricula, programs and courses to keep abreast of developments that are more relevant to the labor market and flexible, adaptable to its needs
