The interest of any country in the world to foreign trade , whether a developed country or a developing country , but it reflects that the state is trying to break the cycle of isolation and integrate into the world distinguish the close relations of reciprocity in all fields (politically, economically, culturally ...) and especially respect to the economic aspect, which is characterized today to increase the size and type of transactions in goods and services cross-border, in addition to the growing international capital flows, and evidence of this is an increasing interest in Algeria is its economic reforms and trade since 1989 aimed through which trade liberalization and rationalization of the use of foreign exchange in providing asks local consumer together with maintaining the balance of the balance of payments.

So we are exposed through this article to the sum of the reforms undertaken by Algeria with regard to foreign trade and examine the results of these reforms and their impact on the performance of the Algerian economy
