The human development aims to realize the material and moral requirements of human being, but that can’t be realize without sustainable economic growth which; itself; is not enough to realize the human development if it was not distributed equitably between the different categories of the society.

But in the most cases and in many countries, the development has only a less return on the human being in spit its great efforts.

In this case; it will be the fuel of the development and not the beneficiary from it.

For that; the global and sustainable development process must employ the economic growth to serve the human development; and employs the human development to increase and sustain the economic growth.

For that also; we will try to teledetect the actual situation in Algeria and the effects of economic growth on the human development especially in the last two decades.
