The article aims to highlight the role played by international non-governmental organizations in the implications of human security, in order to serve the achievement of security for the individual in the various levels, the study found to determine how to intervene international non-governmental organizations in various preventive methods, that aim to prevent imminent violations, by detecting time of individuals vulnerability to physical danger, these two conditions, threat and vulnerability or susceptibility, as well as levels and preventive action patterns of insecurity, so that international non-governmental organizations propose to adapt existing and potential security of individuals aspiring to proactive or predictive ability.

And their role as well as in the governance of peacebuilding operations focused on the size and the extent of the flow of funding, and its source and the extent of accepting social components, as well as a collision with the local societal specificities often with recipes provided by non-governmental organizations, that require structural corrections to improve the effectiveness of work mechanisms.
