The research aimed to design a proposed electronic program for the development of computer skills among students in the preparatory stage.

It's used the experimental design of two groups, experimental and controlled.

The research community included the first grade pupils in the preparatory school for the academic year 2016/2016 (145) students.

The researchers selected a random sample of (40) students from the research community, which was divided into two groups ,one experimental and the other a female officer (20) students, after the completion of the tribal measurement, the application of the educational program using the computer on the experimental group and the traditional program implemented on the control group, from 3/10/2015 to 27/11/2011 by (4) units per week for each group p Z unit time educational unit (90) minutes implemented for a period of (8) weeks for the duration of the experiment.

The most important results of the study were that the experimental group that applied the computer education program was superior to the control group which applied the program in the traditional way in improving the performance of computer skills in the research.
