Training consider as one of the fundamental elements to apply the management of comprehensive quality, its efficiency is achieved through linking the training requirements with the strategy of change adopting the culture of quality, the training starts from the top to the bottom to include all regulatory levels provided that it continues through different phases to execute the comprehensive quality management, in a manner that the context of training programs is diversified to include: the notion of quality management, its importance, its principles and its application tools to provide all workers with knowledge and skills thereto, it also focuses on the training in the working sites more than the external training, so that workers benefit from each other as well as from the leadership in the information, the competence and the experience interchange, it is clear that the administration cares for paving the way for the organization environment to approve this kind of training, and this through encouraging workers to do their jobs in correct way from the beginning and granting the appropriate time and tools adequate to apply and open the channels of open communication.
