Inspection is the most important procedure of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the detection and investigation of evidence, whether t deny or prove the crime and to link the threads of crime with each other and their relationship to the offender.

Although the inspection is not new, but the inspection of cybercrime is new, especially in Arab countries that have not faced such these crimes were only in a short period of time, because the inspection was focused on things, and this caused the men of law to question the legality and usefulness of the inspection of the moral entities and their legal protection before the courts.

In this article, we will review the matters that are included in the inspection, the procedures to be followed in the course of the inspection, showing the obstacles encountered by the investigating authority when examining the evidence and how Algerian law dealt with it.
