This study aimed to investigate the impact of corporate governance on the relationship between the dividends and share value through an applied study on Jordanian industrial companies listed on the Amman stock exchange.

to achieve the objective of the study, data collected of the annual financial reports of the industrial companies during 2010 to 2017.

the results of the study showed that there is no statistically significant effect of the dividend distributions (cash dividends, stock dividends and declared dividends) on the value of the stock in the Jordanian industrial companies listed on (ASE).

the results of the study showed that there is no effect of any of the dimensions of the independent variable individually on the value of the stock.

in contrast, the results of the study showed a statistically significant impact of corporate governance on the relationship between the dividends of its dimensions and the value of the stock in the Jordanian industrial companies listed on (ASE).

the study results also showed that there is no statistically significant effect of the interaction of corporate governance with the dividends of its dimensions combined on the market value of the stock.

based on the results of the study, it was recommended that industrial companies in Jordan should increase the levels of disclosure of annual dividends to reach the largest possible number of stakeholders on the value of shares.

improving the level of information on the importance of corporate governance in Jordanian industrial companies, as well as developing the financial culture of investors and stakeholders with the importance of accounting information and its impact on the value of shares.
