The volume and structure of the Algerian exports is linked to the sector of hydrocarbons, that represents a large proportion of the total exports with some diversified goods and which represent a small percentage of this structure.therefore, Algeria's ability to increase its investments and then increase rates of economic growth depends on the extent of its ability to increase its exports, and on thehy drocarbon sector as a sector leader and locomotive for the rest of the other sectors and it provides them with the financial resources they need.

it also creates the investment climate and the necessary institutional environment for promoting those sectors, that create the conditions to attract more local and foreign investment.
