The aim of the study was to examine secondary schools principals practice degree at Irbid Governorate for human relation principles from teachers’ point of view.

To achieve the aim of the study, the researchers used a descriptive design as a (37) items questionnaire distributing on five domains (modesty and role example, transparency and clarity, motivation, consultation and collaboration, justice) was developed.

The sample of the study total (348) male and female teachers representing (25%) total population.

The result of the study indicated that secondary schools principals practice degree at Irbid Governorate for human relation principles was high.

There was a statically significant difference ( =0.05α) on the total score of teachers estimations about secondary school and on (modesty and role example, transparency and clarity, Justice) individual domains due to gender, in favor of males, there was a statically significant difference ( =0.05α) due to qualification, in favor of BA holders, while there was no statically significant difference in teachers means score on the total score of secondary schools principals practice degree at Irbid Governorate for human relation principles from teachers’ point of view and individual domains due to experience and specialization
