Human resources development is a big challenge for contemporary organizations, especially those related to the formation of human capital in order to raise the challenge of sustainable development.
The researcher distributed a questionnaire on 166 respondents from industrialized Dzaireeten two institutions, in order to measure the level of development they have.
This study was to reach a basic conclusion that the development of human resources in the Algerian industrial organizations are still far from practices adopted by global institutions, which makes it the desired development at the industrial level far-fetched, at least for the time being.

الملخص FRE
Le développement des ressources humaines est un grand défi pour les organisations contemporaines, en particulier celles liées à la formation du capital humain dans le but de relever le défi du développement durable.
Le chercheur a distribué un questionnaire sur les 166 répondants du industrialisés Dzaireeten deux institutions, afin de mesurer le niveau de développement qu'ils ont.
Cette étude était de parvenir à une conclusion fondamentale que le développement des ressources humaines dans les organisations industrielles algériennes sont encore loin de pratiques adoptées par les institutions mondiales, ce qui rend le développement souhaité au niveau industriel farfelue, au moins pour le moment.
