This study contains the Introduction and the importance of research, and which it discussed the importance of using some of the diverse educational programs that work and help to speed up the learning process, especially budding stage being a stage that supply the national team players who have the experience, skills and knowledge in the field for the game of volleyball.

The research problem was underscored by during the weaknesses of the diversity of special exercises used in educational programs, as well as most of the educational programs are focused towards learning skills according to traditional methods ie, it is interesting for the learner.

The objectives of the research was the application of an objective evaluation of specialist educational exercises for some offensive and defensive skills volleyball.

As well as identify the relationship of performance accuracy with some offensive and defensive skills volleyball.

The research hypotheses: The existence of differing correlation between performance and some of the defensive and offensive skills, accurate volleyball relationship.

As well as a discrepancy in the objective assessment of the accuracy level of performance through the application of specialized educational exercises.
