هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة إمكانية تطبيق معايير الاعتماد المدرسي لدولة قطر على المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان و معيقات تطبيقها و الحلول المقترحة من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس و مساعديهم، و التعرف على اختلاف وجهات النظر باختلاف متغيرات الجنس، و التخصص، و المسمى الوظيفي، و المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخدمة.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من ( 152 ) فقرة موزعة كما يلي : درجة إمكانية تطبيق معايير الاعتماد المدرسي لدولة قطر مكونة من ( 84 ) فقرة، و معيقات تطبيق معايير الاعتماد المدرسي لدولة قطر مكونة من ( 35 ) فقرة، و الحلول المقترحة المعيقات تطبيق معايير دولة قطر مكونة من ( 33 ) فقرة، و تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها، و تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من ( 68 ) من مديري المدارس الحكومية و( 120 ) من مساعديهم في العاصمة عمان.

الملخص الإنجليزي

The study aimed of identifying the degree of applicability of Qatar's school accreditation standards to public secondary schools, the obstacles to their application and the proposed solutions from the point of view of school principals and their assistants, and to identify different perspectives according to gender, specialization, job title, educational qualification and years of service.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used by developing a questionnaire consisting of (152) items distributed as follows: The degree of applicability of school accreditation standards of the state of Qatar consists of (84) items, and the Obstacles to the Application of Qatar School Accreditation Standards consists of (35) items, and the proposed solutions to overcome the obstacles impeding the application of the State of Qatar consists of (33) items, and verified its validity and stability.

The study tool was applied to a sample of (68) principals of government schools and (120) of their assistants in Amman.

The results of the study showed that the degree of applicability of the State of Qatar's criteria for school accreditation to public secondary schools in the capital, Amman, from the point of view of the principals and their assistants was high, While the biggest obstacles were the human obstacles and the least were the administrative obstacles, and human solutions took the first rank, and educational solutions came in the last rank.

There are statistically significant differences in the degree of applicability of the State of Qatar standards to public secondary schools due to the gender variable in favor of the "female" category, and the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables of specialization, job title, educational qualification and years of service.

The study concluded a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the convening of a national conference of qualified leaders to come up with a recommendation to establish a national school accreditation committee.
