The current research aims to analyze the academic of the First – grade text book content in the Republic of Iraq, to determine the extent to, which he has observed the observed of teaching chemistry in the fields of knowledge, skills and empathy, the Research was limited to chemistry of the first intermediate grade approved for the academic year – in its Revised , and the Research Sample was a page with four chapter as Follow :- - Part one : Material Properties.

- Part two: Atoms, elements and Compounds.

- Part three : arrange items and their Varieties -Part Four : Chemical Reaction and their expression To achieve the objective of the research, the researcher has developed a triple Classification with the adoption of Bloom Taxonomy of Cognitive , skills and empathy, The researcher also prepared a Standard to represent the percentage of the three areas in the academic Content based on the opinions of specialists and expert in the field of Scientific and educational.

The Standard is able to analyze the Content and the integrity and stability of the analysis by Calculating the stability Coefficient through the agreement with external analysts and the researcher himself over time and the factors of persistence Between - which is within the acceptable range.
