This research Education Management in the Prophetical Biography and Its Education Application ) aims to expose the management efforts of the great Prophet Mohammed (P B U H ) and shade alight on the features and characteristics of this education management with its principles , objectives and sedateness that led to making developed wide horizon Islamic society after it was backward pre-Islamic paganism society governed by tribalism , tribal customs and hard traditions and can we ask for inspiration of Prophetic management and prophetic leadership of the Prophet Mohammed (P B U H) and employ it in our education leadership for the managers of schools and institutions .Also make Prophetical biography as an ideal and example for our leaderships , promote educational and teaching institutions , prevent mistakes and failure and commitment of creative education in educational field and reform it.
