This study aims to identify Islamic finance nature by its characteristics that make it unique in its endeavor to build a compassionate human economy in accordance with Islamic principles and purposes, In light of traditional banking inability to deal with problems resulting from usury transactions in economic, social, environmental and ethical life.

The study concluded that the diversity and sustainability of Islamic finance resources derives its strategic importance from the nature of values that endow them in society in order to sustain its prosperity, stability and security by an Islamic perspective.

The study recommended to the need for Arab and Islamic countries to coordinate among them in the development of Islamic financial mechanisms transactions in an effort to establish a unified Islamic financial market.
