The research tackled the role of the intellectual capital in achieving competitive feature and the research question is this, what is the role of the intellectual capital as a crucial factor creating the competitive advantage for the organizations, and the research question is this: what is the ole the intellectual capital play in creating the competitive advantage? The purpose of the research is to study the competitive advantage and recognize its importance for business organizations, specify the indexes which measure the competitive advantage, identifying the factors which affect it, and also the research aims to consider the relationship of intellectual capital with the creation of competitive advantage organizations.

The study depends on deductive approach, inductive approach, historical approach, and analytic descriptive approach.

The study deduced results which affirmed the validity of all previous hypotheses.
