Tourism has recently been characterized by strong and sustained growth as an effective means of generating substantial foreign exchange earnings, creating direct and indirect jobs and contributing to national income.

It is now regarded as an export sector that plays an effective role in economic and social development and is one of the major factors in improving the economies of countries' through the exploitation of available tourism resources.

At the national and global levels, it is an effective tool for the management of companies of all sizes and contributes to the development of the market through the proposed products and the revival of traditional industry and crafts in order to achieve local development.

A field study of the tourist town of Taghit in the state of Bechar (Algeria) was carried out and suitable recommendations were made.
