The present study aimed to identify the impact of the application of Islamic business ethics on achieving competitive advantage in Islamic banks in Palestine, as the impact of Islamic business ethics on competitive advantage is an important issue that needs in-depth research, especially in banking institutions in Palestine, and in order to Achieving the objectives of the study A questionnaire was prepared which included (48) paragraphs, distributed on the fields of application of Islamic work ethics and competitive advantage.

The study was conducted on the employees working in Islamic banks operating in Palestine.

The random stratified method, where it is clear from the results of the study that the correlation coefficients were high between the areas of study on the competitive advantage and the application of Islamic work ethics.

Correlation 0.58 is a strong correlation coefficient and positive.

In the light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations were put forward, including the development and strengthening of business ethics, and the need for Islamic banks in Palestine to identify and distribute ethical policies through the bank, and to train its employees to enhance their ability to face difficult ethical problems Interests, verification of the ability to work technically, and emphasize the importance of integrity and transparency in order to ensure impartiality and away from any side effects, because of its obvious impact on the competitive advantage from the point of view of the study sample.
