The study aims to identify the most important factors affecting the extent of application of the principles of learning organization in the public universities in the province of Karak, and to achieve the objectives of the study was prepared questionnaire consisted of (43) a paragraph, it is verified sincerity to the test, applied to the sample consisted of (128)members of the faculty in public universities in the province of Karak, the study found a number of results including: 1 - There are three factors were the high degree of importance, are (use of information technology and organizational culture and perceptions of respondents of the importance of characteristics of learning organization and training of staff and their development), and factor use of information technology has been the most important factor which came in the first place and a high degree of central arithmetic amounted to (3.88) and a standard deviation (0.86), followed in second place in importance factor of organizational culture, and a high degree of central arithmetic was (3.82) and a standard deviation (0.67), while in third place came worker perceptions of respondents of the importance of characteristics of learning organization and a high degree a mean value was (3.74) and a standard deviation (0.59), and finally came worker training and development for a mean value was (3.71) and a standard deviation (0.86).

2 - factors were perceptions of empowerment and satisfaction of the administrative staff for training moderately, where solution satisfaction factor for employees training in the last place reached a mean value (3.54) and a standard deviation (0.77).

It is clear from this that this study has reached to a significant effect of training and development, and to use technology, and to enable administrative, and organizational culture, and satisfaction of employees for training, and perceptions of respondents of the importance of characteristics of learning organization in the application of the principles of learning organizations.

In light of these findings was formulated some recommendations and proposals to promote the building of Jordanian universities as organizations learn the most important: 1 - The university is working to provide appropriate training programs to the needs of their employees, and prepared well.

2 - The university is working on processing techniques and computer communications networks, advanced and sophisticated information, especially the Internet.

3 - to focus on university entrance than systemic in order to be part of all employees a dynamic interactive system is open to the external environment.

4 - To enable members of the faculty to act freely with regard to learning programs, taking into account the freedom within the overall objectives.

5 - When building organizational memory researcher recommends recommends closer attention to stories of failure in addition to success stories, in order to gain a knowledge base, incorporating lessons learned as well as best practices.

6 - Further studies on the effect of some other factors - such as the impact of organic organizational structure, human resource management, the system of incentives and the collective - the learning organization in other organizations in the public and private sectors and the results compared to the results of this study.
