The word “Aspiration” is not new one, it is used by the philosophers, by thinkers, and workers in all fields, but when we begin to talk in terms of “level of Aspiration” we restrict the meaning and use it reservedly to convey a sense which is purely psychological .the term “level of Aspiration” in psychological context , means the standard that an individual expects to reach in a field of performance of which he has had some previous experiences.

Several studies have been conducted on level of Aspiration following the many experiments, but its results is not satisfied; so the scientists prefers to use the questionnaires .so that, This article comes as an attempt to build a questionnaire of the level of aspiration suit the Algerian society.
