الملخص EN

This study aimed at identifying the Perceptions of administrative leaders in creativity of making leadership decision in Yemeni sports unions .

It also identifies the leaders' perceptively individual differences in leadership creativity and decision making at variables of experience, qualification, and Union type.

The overall population of this study was composed of 40 of Yemeni sports Union leaders.

The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the perceptions of sports leaders at leadership creativity and decision making in the following fields:- a) creativity of identifying the problem b) creativity of accumulating the related information and data c) creativity of assigning the possible alternatives and choosing the best one d) creativity of following up decision appliance and evaluation e) creativity of participating in making administrative decisions.

The resulting data of this study was statistically analyzed using average, Standard Deviation, percentage, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).

The results showed normal perceptions of the Yemeni Sports Unions leaders in each of the previously mentioned fields.

The field c came at first and followed by the field.

However, field came last.

On the other hand, there are statistically insignificant differences between the perceptions of Yemeni Sports leaders at variables of experience, qualification, and Union type.

It is essentially recommended to inspire the concerned authorities in Sports Unions leaderships to create, innovate, renovate, and evolve.

Also, all means of financial and spiritual assistance must be provided and a positive work environment must be created to stimulate their creativity and innovation.
