Title search, the differences in the burnout of teachers of pupils of ordinary people with special needs in the city of Riyadh and the goal of research is to identify the aspects of the burnout of teachers in the ordinary and teachers with special needs, and also to identify the differences between teachers of ordinary and teachers with special needs in aspects of burnout and to identify differences between the teachers in aspects of burnout according to the experience variable, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical relevance of the objectives of the study, its nature and its questions, the researcher used the measure of burnout for teachers prepared by Adel Abdullah Mohammed, a sample of (100), teacher of teachers of students of ordinary and (104) Teacher teachers of Special Education of the Department of Education in Riyadh during the period of the study during the second semester of the academic year 1432/1433 AH, research shows that teachers of students of ordinary suffering primarily from the low level of administrative support, results also showed that teachers of pupils of ordinary and disabled people Special suffer less from lack of job satisfaction, and the findings showed also that the teachers of students with special needs suffer primarily from the negative trend towards the pupils and the absence of statistically significant differences between teachers of ordinary people with special needs in the dimensions of burnout (lack of job satisfaction, low level of administrative support, the negative trend towards the pupils, the level of burnout), the presence of statistically significant differences between teachers of ordinary people with special needs (pressure professional) for teachers of students of normal and no significant differences phenomenon among teachers of ordinary teachers with special needs in the burning sensation and psychological differences statistically significant between the teachers of students of ordinary dimensions of burnout (lack of job satisfaction) according to their experiences, in light of previous results was the key recommendations: development of appropriate ways to reduce burnout in teachers of students of ordinary and teachers of students with special needs, provides information and counseling teachers of pupils ordinary teachers students with special needs how to deal with the pressures of work positively, the establishment of workshops and seminars to discuss how to reduce the phenomenon of burnout in teachers of students of ordinary and teachers of students with special needs, do more studies and future research about the reality of burnout in teachers of students of ordinary and teachers of students with special needs.
