This paper presents a panorama of the techniques that are frequently used by banking institutions to manage their regulatory capital in the optimal way.

The objective is to determine the implications of the perfect application of international ratio of solvency which is defined by the committee of Basel on the banking control: capital adequacy ratio (Basel I), McDonough ratio (Basel II), and the ratios of Basel III

Cet article présente un panorama des techniques les plus utilisées par les établissements bancaires pour gérer de façon optimale leurs fonds propres réglementaires, pour objectif de déterminer les implications auprès l’application parfaite du ratio international de solvabilité, qui défini par le Comité de Bâle sur le contrôle bancaire: ratio Cooke (Bâle I), ratio McDonough (Bâle II) et les ratios prudentiels de Bâle III
