These problems were exacerbated in times of natural and political crises, where sedition, security, religious values and morality were declining, and the desire to own and save increased in order to raise the value of profits and promote social peace in preparation for the vicissitudes of the future.

The solutions and measures taken by the Al-Ahbas and the ruling authority will close the outlets to the manipulators, restore confidence to the benefactors, donors and investors.

On the other hand, some of the methods of managing these problems have worked to achieve social stability and the prevalence of complacency in society by achieving a kind of equality between the Moroccan and Muslim populations, which prevented the occurrence of sectarian conflicts and provided a favorable environment for development in the Moroccan cities and towns.
