هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أثر تنمية الانتباه الانتقائي على الفهم الشفهي لدى التلاميذ ذوي اضطراب نقص الانتباه بعد إعادة التأهيل المعرفي لوظيفة الانتباه و طبقت الدراسة على 26 تلميذ و تلميذة ذوي السبع سنوات يدرسون في المستوى الثانية ابتدائي وقد تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي باستعمال المجموعة الواحدة مع قياس قبلي و بعدي.
و عرفت الدراسة مرحلتين : الأولى قياس فعالية خطة إعادة التأهيل المعرفي لوظيفة الانتباه و الثانية التعرف على أثر تنمية الانتباه الانتقائي على الفهم الشفهي وقد استخدم في الدراسة : شبكة ملاحظة السلوك داخل القسم مقياس اضطراب نقص الانتباه و اختباري الانتباه الانتقائي و الفهم الشفهي مع تطبيق لخطة إعادة التأهيل المعرفي لوظيفة الانتباه.
وقد بينت النتائج أن هناك تأثير لتنمية الانتباه الانتقائي على الفهم الشفهي لدى التلاميذ ذوي اضطراب نقص الانتباه بعد إعادة التأهيل المعرفي لوظيفة الانتباه حيث وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أداء اختبار الانتباه الانتقائي قبل و بعد إعادة التأهيل المعرفي لوظيفة الانتباه لدى التلاميذ ذوي اضطراب نقص الانتباه.
إضافة إلى وجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اختبار الفهم الشفهي قبل و بعد إعادة التأهيل المعرفي لوظيفة الانتباه لدى أفراد العينة

The current study aimed to reveal the effect of developing selective attention on the oral understanding of students with attention deficit disorder after the cognitive rehabilitation of the attention function.
The study was applied to 26 pupils and seven-year-old pupils studying at the second primary level, the quasi-experimental one-group approach was used with Measurement before and after, and the study defined two stages: the first is the effectiveness of the cognitive rehabilitation plan for the function of attention, and the second is the identification of the impact of the development of selective attention on oral understanding, In the study, it was used : the behavior observation network within the section, the Attention Deficit Disorder Scale, selective attention and experiential understanding and oral, with the application of the plan re-cognitive rehabilitation of the function of attention.
The results showed that there is an effect of the development of selective attention on the oral understanding of students with attention deficit disorder after the cognitive rehabilitation of the attention function, where there were statistically significant differences in the performance of the selective attention test before and after the cognitive rehabilitation of the attention function in students with attention deficit disorder.
In addition to finding statistically significant differences in the oral understanding test before and after cognitive rehabilitation of the attention function of the sample members.

L’objectif de cette présente étude est étudier l'effet du développement d'une attention sélective sur la compréhension orale chez les élèves souffrant de troubles du déficit de l'attention après la réhabilitation cognitive de la fonction d'attention, et l'étude a été appliquée à 26 élèves de sept ans étudiant au deuxième niveau primaire,.
L'étude a défini deux phases : la première a mesuré l'efficacité du plan de réadaptation cognitive pour la fonction de l'attention, et la seconde a identifié l'effet du développement de l'attention sélective sur la compréhension orale, et a été utilisée dans l'étude grille d'observation du comportement au sein du département, teste du trouble du déficit de l'attention et des tests d'attention sélective et de compréhension orale, avec l'application du plan Réhabilitation cognitive de la fonction d'attention.
Les résultats ont indiqué qu'il y avait un effet du développement de l'attention sélective sur la compréhension orale des élèves atteints de trouble du déficit de l'attention après la réhabilitation cognitive de la fonction d'attention, où il y avait des différences statistiquement significatives dans la performance du test d'attention sélective avant et après la réhabilitation cognitive de la fonction d'attention chez les élèves souffrant d'un trouble du déficit de l'attention.
En plus d'une différence statistiquement significative a été trouvée dans le test de compréhension orale avant et après la réhabilitation cognitive de la fonction d'attention des répondants.
