This articale focuses on the scientific life and famous scholars in the Othman Algeria ; and specialy the western beylike in 1760-1830 .

many institutions of science and education were estabilised in mosques ; zaouias .

These institutions have participate in the developpement of scientific life and culture in the Algerian society for example : ABOURAS AL-NACIRI ,MUSTAPHA EL REMMASi , MOSLIM IBN ABDELKADER , ABOU HAMED AL MACHRIFI, MOHAMED BEN YOUCEF EZIANI.In the late Ottoman era (1671-1830), Eyalet Algeria witnessed a scientific and cultural renaissance thanks to the efforts of its scholars and men, and the role of educational institutions and angles.

These efforts had repercussions on the social and intellectual aspects, especially in the West, where a group of sheikhs and scholars whose reputation was called in The scientific and knowledge field, as they left a preserved legacy in various sciences and knowledge, and this Bailak gave birth to scholars, jurists and sheikhs who emerged in the field of education, codification and forensic sciences, and they had the credit for enriching and reviving the heritage of Arab Islamic civilization and preserving it, such as Abu Ras al-Nasiri, Sheikh Mustafa Al-Ramasi, and many others.
