The present study aims to identify the requirements to achieve administrative creativity for the female principals of public secondary schools in Riyadh and how they are met, to identify the most important problems that hinder them from achieving the requirements of administrative creativity, and to formulate some proposals that contribute to the achievement of the requirements of administrative creativity for the female principals of public secondary schools.

Methodology of the Study: Population of the Study: All female principals of public secondary schools in Riyadh.

Tool of the Study: The researcher used the questionnaire as it is appropriate to achieve the objectives of the study and to respond on all problems.

The most important findings of the study: There is agreement at a very high level that on the availability of requirements of the administrative creativity for the female principals of public high schools in Riyadh.

The skill of originality ranked first, followed by the skill of the ability to analyze and correlate.The skill of sense of the problems ranked third, the skill of flexibility ranked fourth, then the skill of fluency ranked fifth, followed by skill retention of direction, and the risk-taking skillin the last.

- There is agreement at a high level on the problems that limit their creativity to achieve the administrative creativity among the public secondary schools female principals in Riyadh.

The organizational problems were in the first place, whilethe personal problems were in second place.

- There is agreement at a moderate level among the study sample on the personal problems that hinder administrative creativity among the female principals of public secondary schools in Riyadh.

- There is agreement at a high level among the study sample on the regulatory problems thathinder administrative creativity among the female principals of public secondary schools in Riyadh.

- There is agreement at a very high level among the study sample on the proposals that may contribute to the achievement of administrative creativity among the female principals of public secondary schools in Riyadh.

The most important recommendations: - To remove the obstacles that limit the level administrative creativity among school female principals, such as the nonassignment of tasks falling outside their administrative competence.

- To ease the burdens and tasks entrusted to the female school principals by increasing the administrative staff at the school, reduce the routine work, train them on effective delegation so as to afford them enough time for creativity.

- To provide the material and moral incentives that stimulate the female principals of schools for creativity, such as increasing the wages of creative female school principals.

- To confer on school principals the powers commensurate with their responsibilities and allow them a degree of autonomy and freedom of action, so that they can employ their creative skills in development and improvement of the performance of work within the school.
