The study aims to shed light on the role of plastic art in enhancing the psychological state of the patient.

The study also aims to shed light on the characteristics of children with cancer patients.

An analytical descriptive approach was used to study and analyze the drawings of children with cancer patients.

The study relied on the fees of children with cancer patients as a tool of the study.

The researcher has taken a random sample from the children of cancer patients, in King Fahd Medical City, in Riyadh, and the number of this sample is (12) children with cancer.

The following statistical methods were used: frequencies, percentages, mathematical averages.

Among the most prominent results of the study:
- Children's cancer affliction results in many different mental and mental disorders, such as pathological fears, a feeling of isolationism, increased depressive symptoms, social anxiety, low self-esteem, and a low level of academic achievement.

- Drawing helps children with cancer patients psychologically by interacting with them and raising their morale, which gives them a path of psychological expression, and this in itself is a psychological rehabilitation.

- Children tend to use hot, dark colors to express their feelings of anxiety, fear and flight from reality.

- The drawings of children with cancer patients are characterized by the repetition of elements, symbolism, and optimal conditions, as well as the separation of family members, and their drawings are distinguished by representing the land line and organizing the drawn elements

The study also recommends that attention be paid to children's drawings by officials in the educational field, as it is a respite from what is inside the child, when he is unable to use verbal language
