From this comes the problematic of our study, which sheds light on the pattern of water law and real estate ownership, which imposed its authority on the inhabitants of the oases since ancient times in the management of the agricultural side, which is olutely not accepting to concede it, as well as the position of Algerian legislation that always tries to find a balance between what is traditional And a conversation in the Algerian region of oases in order to preserve the stability of the oasis residents in their original homeland with Introducing some kind of reform in the agricultural field based on modern technologies in the field of water exploitation and the designation of real estate ownership that still lacks the element of proof in these areas, and all this will help the inhabitants of the oases to become self-sufficient on the one hand and export to the northern regions on the other hand.

Les oasis du désert sont considérées comme un élément de base important qui a contribué à la stabilité de l'homme depuis les temps anciens dans le désert avec des facteurs naturels difficiles.

De là vient la problématique de notre étude, qui éclaire le schéma de la loi de l'eau et de la propriété immobilière, qui a imposé son autorité aux habitants des oasis depuis l'Antiquité dans la gestion du côté agricole, qui ne l'accepte absolument pas.

comme la position de la législation algérienne qui tente toujours de trouver un équilibre entre ce qui est traditionnel et une conversation dans la région algérienne des oasis afin de préserver la stabilité des oasis résidant dans leur patrie d'origine avec l'introduction d'une sorte de réforme dans le secteur agricole domaine basé sur les technologies modernes dans le domaine de l'exploitation de l'eau et de la désignation de la propriété immobilière qui manque encore l'élément de preuve dans ces domaines, et tout cela aidera les habitants des oasis à devenir autonomes d'une région moderne par contre.
