قلق المستقبل و علاقته بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى عينة من التلاميذ المتفوقين دراسيا في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظرهم : دراسة ميدانية بولاية باتنة

الملخص EN

This study aims at revealing the nature of the relationship between the future concern and the achievement motivation with a sample of excellent pupils at the secondary school stage.

It also identifies the differences at the future concern level according to the gender variable (males/ females), as well as the differences at the achievement motivation level according to the gender variable and the scientific specialty.

For attaining this objective, the descriptive method has been followed “with both of its types: the linear and the differential”, since it’s conducive with the study nature.

The study sample consists of (110) excellent pupils (males/ females), who have been intendedly chosen from both scientific and literary streams, at some secondary schools in Batna city.

Two measurements have been applied after checking their reliability.

The first one is prepared by Zaineb Mahmoud Shaqir in 2005, and it measures the future concern with making some modifications on the measurement alternates.

Whereas, the second one is designed by the two researchers, and it measures the achievement motivation.

As per the statistical ways, Spirman Brown and Gotman’s factor, Alfacronbach one, Pirson’s linear factor, and T exam between two independent samples have been used.

After the statistical process using the Statistical Pack for the Social Sciences (SPSS) of 2000, the study has attained the following results: the non-existence of a linear relation between the future concern and the achievement motivation.

There’re no differences at the future concern level, due to the gender variable.

The results have also shown the existence of differences at the future concern level, due to the scientific specialty variable in favour to the literary stream pupils.

They’ve likewise revealed the non-existence of differences at the achievement motivation level referring to the gender and the scientific specialty variables.

The study has finally been concluded with some recommendations and suggestions, and the most important of them is making the officials aware of the necessity of taking care of this segment in the Algerian educational institutions.
