الملخص العربي

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر خصائص التخطيط الاستراتيجي على السلوك الريادي للعاملين في بنك الإتحاد العراقي.

حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة العاملين في مصرف الإتحاد العراقي ( الإدارة العامة ) في جمهورية العراق بكافة فروعه البالغ عددهم ( 340 ) فردا .

أما عينة الدراسة فقد شملت على عينة عشوائية من مديري الإدارة العليا و الوسطى أو من يقوم مقامهم في مصرف الإتحاد العراقي في جمهورية العراق بكافة فروعه و البالغ عددهم ( 110 ) فردا.

و أستخدمت الإستبانة وسيلة لجمع البيانات.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية أبرزها تحليل الإنحدار المتعدد.

و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لخصائص التخطيط الاستراتيجي ( الشمولية المشاركة و المرونة على السلوك الريادي للعاملين بأبعاده مجتمعة في بنك الإتحاد العراقي عند مستوى الدلالة .( α≤0.05) و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية الخصائص التخطيط الاستراتيجي ( الشمولية المشاركة والمرونة على سلوك المبادرة للعاملين في بنك الإتحاد العراقي عند مستوى الدلالة.( α≤0.05 ) و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لخصائص التخطيط الاستراتيجي ( الشمولية المشاركة و المرونة ) على سلوك الإنجاز للعاملين في بنك الإتحاد

الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed to investigate the effect of Strategic Planning Characteristics on Entrepreneurial Behaviour of employees working in the Union Bank of Iraq.

Where the study population consisted of all employees working in the Iraqi Union Bank (Public Administration) in the Republic of Iraq in all its branches, which numbered (340) individuals.

As for the study sample, it included a random sample from the managers of the top and middle management or whoever takes their place in the Iraqi Union Bank in the Republic of Iraq with all its branches and their number is (110) individuals.

A special questionnaire designed and distributed to collect data.

To achieve the study objectives the study used descriptive analytical method through many statistical tools, most notably multiple regression analysis.

The study reached a number of results namely: there is a significant impact of Strategic Planning Characteristics (Comprehensive, Participatory, and Flexbility) on Entrepreneurial Behaviour of employees in the Union Bank of Iraq.

There is a significant impact of Strategic Planning Characteristics (Comprehensive, Participatory, and Flexbility) on Initiative Behaviour of employees in the Union Bank of Iraq.

There is a significant impact of Strategic Planning Characteristics (Comprehensive, Participatory, and Flexbility) on Achievement Behaviour of employees in the Union Bank of Iraq.

There is a significant impact of Strategic Planning Characteristics (Comprehensive, Participatory, and Flexbility) on Independence Behaviour of employees in the Union Bank of Iraq.

Finally, there is no statistically significant impact of the Formality characteristic on the entrepreneurial behavior of the employees working in the Union Bank of Iraq.

Accourding to the results, the study recommends that: 1.

The Union Bank of Iraq must attention to participate Characteristic in the strategic planning process and development of the strategic plan, by involving all the administrative and functional levels of the bank.

2.

The Union Bank of Iraq must adopts a set of mechanisms and procedures to implement the outputs of the strategic planning process in order to keep abreast of developments and trends in customer desires.
