The main aim of this research is to enrich the question of the organizational commitment of employees and this by using a new research framework to explain the existing links between certain HRM practices and the concept of commitment.
Indeed, through a qualitative study carried out on a sample of employees in the banking sector, it has been demonstrated the existence of links between HRM practices, perceived organizational support and the different dimensions of the organizational commitment of employees of this sector.
الملخص FRE
L'objectif principal de cette recherche est d'enrichir la question de l'implication organisationnelle des salariés et cela en faisant intervenir un cadre de recherche nouveau pour expliquer les liens existants entre certaines pratiques de GRH et le concept d'implication.
En effet, au travers d'une étude qualitative réalisée sur un échantillon de salariés du secteur bancaire il a été démontré l'existence de liens entre les pratiques de GRH, le soutien organisationnel perçu et les différentes dimensions de l'implication organisationnelle des salariés de ce secteur.
